Project Overview

AzTeca is logistics company. They manage own ecommerce website. Their inland transportation is not only with train and Truck but also Drone. They start new business to provide fresh food to old person and disability person. The main service is “Helper matching” and “expiration management with AI Image recognition(Vision AI) and IoT[Refrigerator]”. With this new business AzTeca try to start AI and matching business.

Design user friendly. Espacially “Search helper” and “search food”.

The Problem

Many old person is not familier with IT. We carefully design the system with Accessibility.

User Research

I conducted user interviews, which I then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. I discovered that many target users want fresh food. However, they worry about because old person which is one of our main target user does not familier with IT. With the research we would like to know how do they feel about our new system.
